Terms for MBGlobal Active Challenges

These Terms of Use govern access to MBGlobal services, including the MBStreak Android app, MBGlobal API, public website pages, and admin-controlled challenge operations.

1) Acceptance and eligibility

By using MBGlobal services, you agree to these terms and related policy pages.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for activity under your account and credential confidentiality.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use MBGlobal services.

2) Service scope

Core member features

Account authentication and profile configuration.
Workout logging, streak tracking, points, and challenge progression.
Group membership via invite code and challenge participation.

Public and operational features

Public challenge and leaderboard discovery pages.
Contact and support submission channel.
Admin moderation and health/telemetry monitoring.

3) Acceptable use rules

Do not submit false, manipulated, or abusive workout/challenge activity.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping abuse, or endpoint disruption.
Do not share harmful, illegal, or harassing content through notes or support channels.
Do not use invite codes or join codes to circumvent intended access controls.

4) Account and security obligations

You must use strong credentials and protect your login session.
You must promptly report suspected account compromise to support.
MBGlobal may enforce login, rate-limit, and token-security controls to protect users.
Repeated failed-auth or abusive requests may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

5) User content, scoring, and moderation

You retain ownership of submitted content, but grant MBGlobal a license to operate the service.
Points, streaks, and rankings are calculated by platform logic and may be corrected when needed.
Group challenge requests and challenge records may be reviewed, approved, rejected, or adjusted by admins.
MBGlobal may remove content or suspend accounts for policy or integrity violations.

6) Public visibility and shared data

Public challenge and public leaderboard endpoints may expose selected display and ranking data.
Private groups and private challenges are restricted to eligible members and invited participants.
You are responsible for content you choose to share in profile names, notes, and group interactions.

7) Service changes and availability

MBGlobal may add, remove, or modify features, APIs, and moderation workflows over time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or emergency actions.
Some features can be limited by account state, technical migration state, or policy enforcement.

8) Termination

You may stop using the services at any time.
MBGlobal may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or terms violations.
Operational, security, and legal records may be retained as required after termination.

9) Disclaimers and liability

MBGlobal is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
Workout suggestions and challenge metrics are informational and not medical advice.
To the extent permitted by law, MBGlobal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
